If your doctor or clinic uses mExpe:
They will usually ask you to post an anonymous review directly after your visit in one of the following ways.
- By text message
- By text message
If you have not received a request for a review, you have two options:
- Ask your doctor directly for a link. If they work with us, they should allow you to provide feedback after your procedure or treatment.
- Contact us directly. Write to us using the contact form on the main page www.mexpe.net and we will help you submit a review.
To ensure the credibility of the review, we will need confirmation of your visit in this case. This could be, for example:
- An invoice or proof of payment
- Medical report (sensitive data can be blacked out)
- Confirmation of appointment/reservation
The following information must be legible on the document:
- Name of the clinic or doctor
- Date of your visit
- Your full name
What if my doctor does not use Mexpe yet?
If you believe that patients' voices matter, mention it to your doctor. Many specialists welcome feedback. When they see that you want to share your experience, it may motivate them to start collecting reviews through mExpe and thus help other patients make their choice.
